Individual brands may publish their own supplemental privacy policies and terms of service; where a brand-specific policy exists, it governs that brand and is linked in the brand policies section below.

MTI Technology LLC (“MTI,” “we,” “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Matrix Trends Insights & Technology, operates the websites and services listed on this page.
Depending on the service you use, we may collect: account information you provide (such as name and email address); content and files you submit to a service for processing; billing information processed by our payment processor; and technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs collected automatically.
We use information to provide and maintain our services, process transactions, communicate with you, provide support, improve and secure our products, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), or when required by law.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.

By accessing or using any MTI Technology property, you agree to these Terms. If a specific brand publishes its own Terms of Service, those brand-specific terms also apply to that brand’s service.
You agree to use the services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service or its systems. Accounts are for your own use; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Some services are offered on a paid or subscription basis. Fees, billing intervals, trial terms, and cancellation are described at the point of purchase for each service. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you may cancel at any time through your account or billing portal.
Fees are non-refundable and non-prorated. Membership and evaluation fees are charged in advance. We do not issue refunds for unused evaluations, unused time, or partial periods. You may change plans from your account: upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain your current plan’s benefits until then.
Information and analysis provided by MTI Technology properties—including, without limitation, any evaluation, score, summary, or output produced by DSTeval—is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and MTI Technology is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTI Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
